After GBWhatsapp has finished the configuration, give the 3 dots placed at the top right go to "Privacy" > "Enable Anti-Revoke" (Don't worry if GBWhatsapp restarts).
From now on any message will be deleted, you will still be able to see it, as if the message was not never been deleted.
To disable it from the 3 dots at the top right go to "Privacy" > "Disable Anti-Revoke".
